Our current farmer 30 espresso blend consists of, 35% Finca Los altos (Nicaragua) 45% Finca El Carmen (El Salvador) and 20% Capim Branco (Brazil).
Our Coffee Roasters work hard to produce an audit that helps to build face-to-face relationships with growers by ensuring that the level of care the farms provide for the workers, their families and the environment is sound.
